Overwatch Esports starts with the Overwatch Champions Series into a new era, but first there is an update to the team inventory action for <a href="https://www.archyde.com/lego-postpones-overwatch-2-set-due-to-activision-harassment-cases-xbox-one/" title="LEGO Postpones Overwatch 2 Set Due to Activision Harassment Cases | Xbox one”>Overwatch League and the OWL-brands in the house.
From 10 September to 15 October 2024, the OWL-Shop the largest range of items ever, mainly related to the OWL-Team inventory will be stocked. The team inventory action for OWL-Teams gives players the chance to create new and classic team skins for Overwatch Leaguehome and away skins for Overwatch League and the Contenders and other in-game items, including items such as all team skins from the annual Overwatch LeagueChampionship and the Florida Mayhem home and away skins from 2018 to 2019.
We will also have some legendary skins from the Overwatch League such as All-Star for Genji. These skins will be available in OWL-Shop separately for OWLbrands. They are also sold in the shop of Overwatch 2 will be available under “Recommended” as a discounted package and can be combined with Overwatch 2-Tokens can be purchased on the following days:
- September 10 – September 24: All-Stars Unvault Pack with All-Star skins for Mercy, Reinhardt, Lúcio, and D.Va.
- October 1 to October 8: Legends Mega Pack Overwatch League with All-Star skins for Tracer and Genji, Zen-nakji Zenyatta, and Good and Evil for Echo.
- October 8 to October 15: Tournament Package 2022 for Overwatch League with Luchador for Reaper, Royal Knight for Mercy, Happi for Genji and Clockwork for Zenyatta.
If the team inventory action of OWL is over, we also get legendary skins from the Overwatch League from the safe, which are not team-specific and are only available in the shop of Overwatch 2 will be available.
After the team inventory action by OWL remains the Overwatch League-Shop with a limited inventory open until at least December 2025, which with remaining OWL-Brand credit can be purchased. After the closure of the Overwatch League-Shops will be the Overwatch LeagueTokens into an Overwatch currency. We will share the details as soon as they become relevant, but the sale of Overwatch League-brands will be discontinued as of December 9, 2024.

- What happens to the Overwatch League-The land?
- Die Overwatch LeagueTokens will likely no longer be available as in-game currency in Overwatch 2 after the promotion ends.
- During the team inventory action of OWL Players can use their brands to select Overwatch League-Buy inventory.
- All unspent Overwatch LeagueTokens remain on players’ accounts. Players can also use OWL still OWLTokens. There will be a limited inventory available, which will include at least the 20 OWL team home and away skins that were available at the start of the 2023 OWL season.
- Until what date can I OWL-Buy brands?
- OWLTokens can no longer be purchased after December 9, 2024.
- What happens if I OWL-brands not issued?
- The Overwatch League-Shop will remain open with a limited inventory until at least December 2025, which will allow players to use their remaining OWLbrands. If the Overwatch League-Shop closes, the OWLTokens converted into an in-game currency for Overwatch.
