Alberto Botia went to the hospital, due to a scheduled surgery on his hand.
Eleni Foureira’s partner was discharged after the successful surgery and is now at home. The hospital’s announcement on Instagram was accompanied by a photo of Alberto Botia with his therapists:
“The well-known soccer player ⚽️ Mr. Alberto Botia @botia_3, who trusted IASO General Clinic to perform a minor surgery on his arm, was discharged today!
According to his doctor, Mr. Konstantinos Intzoglou, Orthopedic Surgeon, Director of the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of IASO General Clinic, the main goal of all of us, for every professional or amateur athlete, is to return to the pre-injury level.
We wish him a speedy and good recovery.”
