Electronic Arts will not be hosting EA Play Live for E3 2022

It had become a little habit, long before the confinements which shook up the organization of video game events in June. EA Play Live had become an opportunity to take stock of a selection of games in preparation at Electronic Arts, with Star Wars Squadrons in 2020 and Battlefield 2042 last year for example.

Most this year, the meeting will not take place. It was our colleagues at IGN who obtained the information from a representative of the American publisher.

“We love EA Play Live, it’s a way to connect with players and share new stuff with everyone. However, this year we won’t show everything we have to show on one date. We are excited regarding the projects underway in our studios, and this year we will reveal them when the right time is right, on a case-by-case basis.”

So don’t panic, Electronic Arts has necessarily several cartridges to show this yearstarting with the F1 2022, FIFA 23, NHL 23 and Madden NFL 23 annual editions.
