the alliance of FIFA beside Electronic Arts seems to have come to an end. After years of working together, it seems that the video game developer got tired of so many limitations and payments made with the highest soccer entity and will now carry a new name in its most popular game.

Jeff Grubban expert in video games, stated that FIFA will carry the name of EA Sports Football Club from 2023, abbreviated to EA Sports FC. In this way, the developer moves away from the FIFA market and it will have to find a new company to release its own game.

This news might be a drastic change for FIFA following in recent years several companies wanted to launch their own video game and everything resulted in negative reviews, from the eFootball which came to replace the PES at UFL de Strikerz Inc.

The truth is that the FIFA 23will continue to have a strong impact thanks to the popularity of the game, but over the years the gameplay and the game engine will be a key factor in the user experience.

It is currently unknown if this will be an existing developer or if FIFA intends to form its own development team.” Grubb stated regarding whether FIFA will continue with its own video game.
