Electric cars are still more expensive today than conventional cars with internal combustion engines, but the latter will no longer be allowed in the foreseeable future. Cheaper smaller electric cars will probably come from China. Batteries have made progress, but they are not environmentally friendly. The further use or recycling of old batteries has also not yet been clarified. Let’s hope for the innovative power of science and industry. Other technologies, such as the fuel cell (hydrogen) are less mature. If I had to buy a new vehicle now, I wouldn’t know how I should decide. Maybe none at all. Use taxis and rent cars for transport.
