We called customer service to ask if it was possible to come and charge our devices.

“Our customers do not have access to power outlets, it is the policy”, simply replied the attendant on the telephone. “Thursday was really an exception, there were a lot of people and it was difficult to control,” added the lady when we insisted.

Internet users have notably reported that people brought all their devices, and that one person even used a power bar.
