Electoral Chamber will focus on the expert appraisal of the electoral material of June 28

The president of the Supreme Court of Justice, TSJ, magistrate Caryslia Rodriguezreported that the Electoral Chamber will focus on the expert appraisal of the electoral material presented by 33 organizations with political purposes and 9 former presidential candidates regarding the electoral process of July 28.

Rodríguez assured that they will issue a final ruling that responds to the Electoral Dispute Appeal introduced by President Nicolás Maduro and “it will have the character of res judicata” so the decision will be “unappealable and mandatory.”

President of the TSJ offered a statement

In a statement to the media, Judge Caryslia Rodríguez indicated that the National Electoral Council (CNE) appeared in full session and submitted the documents related to the electoral process.

He also reported that 38 representatives of political organizations were legally summoned, as well as the 10 former candidates for the election and 33 of the requested organizations presented the required material, while 9 candidates attended.

Representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Venezuela were present at the event held this Saturday at the Supreme Court of Justice.
