The National Elections Jury (JNE) declared unfounded the appeal that was filed once morest the resolution that declared the list of candidates inadmissible. The decision was made following last June, the Special Electoral Jury (JEE) declared this formula inadmissible because Molina submitted his license application without having without the digital signature of the legal representative, as well as the affidavit.

After having declared inadmissible the request for registration of the list of candidates of Avanza País, The legal representative of the party was notified of the decision and the resolution was published on the institutional electronic portal of the National Elections Jury (JNE) and on the panel of the JEE in Lima Centro.
Survey for the Mayor of Lima
Daniel Urresti (We can Peru) and Rafael Lopez Aliaga (Popular Renovation) lead the intention to vote for the mayor of Lima, ahead of the 2022 Regional and Municipal Elections, according to the latest survey conducted by Ipsos Peru for El Comercio.
The poll revealed that Urresti Elera has 22% support, closely followed by López Aliaga, with 21%. Behind both is George Forsyth (Somos Peru), with 9%.
