Effects of late upload of forms on allegations of rigging

‘If such a thing has happened, surely someone made a mistake in uploading it. Because releasing the results of such a big election on the website in a limited time is also a difficult task.

He further said that ‘If the forms are not there, then the problem may arise. If the forms have been uploaded, then the matter is not too complicated.’

Former Vice Chairman Pakistan Bar Council Amjad Hussain Shah while talking to Independent Urdu said that if the result forms released by the Election Commission on the website have been uploaded now, it has no effect on the results of these constituencies. will

In the constituencies where the results have been challenged in the courts, the courts make the records submitted by the Election Commission a part of the proceedings. However, if such a change is proved, then the position of the applicant can definitely gain a little life.

“Courts make judgments based on evidence and records and such human error is not taken seriously by the courts, as departments argue that it was due to lack of time or pressure of work.” So a quick fix has been made and now there is no error.’

According to Amjad Shah, ‘In our institutions that have computerized systems, there are neither highly skilled employees nor modern systems so strong that there is no possibility of errors. So if uploading these forms now does not affect the results, legally it will not benefit or harm anyone. Here, the entire RTS, which made the election results, was sitting. Does anyone care?’
