Over time, the defendant invited himself more and more often to the elderly lady’s house, searching for jewelry, emptying the shed and taking gardening equipment.
The prosecutor is clear: Fabien abused the state of vulnerability of the victim. “It’s a textbook case. We’re talking about a large amount here and the gentleman was even threatening, telling the lady that if she didn’t do what he said, he wouldn’t do his shopping anymore. is an abject file. I require 4 years.”
