In this connection, North Jutland Police are looking for witnesses who saw the ghost driver on the E45 Nordjyske Motorvej near Svenstrup around 3.25pm on Sunday afternoon.
The ghost driver was driving a gray Toyota Aygo, which was traveling southbound in the northbound lane.
North Jutland Police writes on X that several people had to avoid the car, but that luckily there was no accident.
The police have information that at least one witness saw something.
It concerns the driver of a dark blue Skoda Enyaq, who had to avoid the driver who was driving in the wrong lane.

In addition to the charge of reckless driving, the elderly man has also had his Toyota Aygo seized, says Christian Tilsted.
It is not the police’s impression that he has driven many kilometers against the direction of travel.
– But he has, after all, driven the wrong way. It falls under what is called crazy driving because he caused danger to the lives and safety of others, says the warden.
When the police patrol arrived at the scene, the man made a U-turn again.
– We assume that he has realized that he was driving against the direction of travel, says Christian Tilsted.
