- We can be happy that we have a cultural package that represents our region: we have published a cultural-cognitive leaflet “Our Jūžintai Yours”, in 2023. The historical calendar of Jūžinti region, a video presentation regarding Jūžinti region has been prepared. I have nurtured this idea for a long time, and I managed to implement it. Vilmantė Mačiežienė, cultural specialist of the district unit of the Rokiškis Culture Center, organizer of these projects, Laima Skardžienė, head of the History Department of the Rokiškis Regional Museum, Rokiškis Tourism and Business Information Center. I am grateful to everyone who contributed to the passionate interpretation of Jūžinti – the organizers, partners and sponsors.
During 2022 in the administrative building of the precinct, it was possible to install household facilities where persons receiving home care services can take a shower and wash their clothes. The household premises have been used since 2023. beginning
In the town of Jūžinti, near the old and new cemeteries, where there is a parking lot, we installed street lighting. On the initiative of Jūžinti elder Jonas Rubikis, a bio-toilet was built near the cemetery, and it is managed and maintained by the Jūžinti eldership.
