Available since February 2022 on PC and consoles, Elden Ring has already seen millions of players rub shoulders with its various bosses.
What is the hardest boss to beat?
Halo of the title of Games of the Year at the Games Awards, the latest production from From Software presents itself as the studio’s most accomplished work. If the Darks Souls, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice or even Bloodborne offered particularly engaging adventures, Elden Ring seems to go even further by offering a particularly rich universe, a very complete combat system and an ultra-attractive and well-built open world.
To celebrate the first anniversary of the software, the developers have collected many statistics compiled in a rather interesting infographic. Thus, we learn that the boss having been confronted the most times is none other than Malenia, with 329 million attempts. The rest of the podium is occupied by Margit and Limgrave. Of the causes of death, only 2% were caused by other players, while 69% of player deaths occurred during a clash with an enemy.
In terms of most used spells, Slingshot seems to be the community’s favorite, just ahead of Shardstone Arrow in particular. Similarly, in terms of the most acquired spells, we find Blessing of the World Tree, Bestial Sling, Golden Oath, Exalted Flame or Bestial Vitality.
As a reminder, Elden Ring has been playable on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S since February 22, 2022. A DLC entitled “Shadow of the Erdtree” has also been announced and should be released later this year.
