El Gouna Club announced the departure of its technical director, Reda Shehata, and his assistant staff, once morest the background of the team’s poor results this season, which led to the team occupying eleventh place in the league table.
El-Gouna said through his official account on Twitter: “Victorious and from the big door, all thanks to our player, coach and technical director, Reda Shehata, for everything he provided to the club throughout the years of his work in the club at all levels, and a special thanks to his assistant staff for what they provided to the club.”
Reda Shehata played with El Gouna this season 14 matches in the league, winning 5, drawing 2 and losing 4, in addition to a victory over Benha in the Egypt Cup.
Shehata took over the permanent training of El Gouna in November 2020 and played 51 matches with the team, winning 15, drawing 16 and losing 20.
