According to Kontur.Fokus, Ecology-Novosibirsk LLC was established on October 9, 2012. Among its founders and participants are Project Financing Company LLC (the ultimate owner is VIS LLC, which is building the fourth bridge in Novosibirsk), Tatyana Bobyreva, Ekaterina Nevzorova, Fedor Fine and Yuri Tuktarov.
On January 18, the NSO prosecutor’s office stated that unidentified persons from among the leaders of Ecology-Novosibirsk, knowing in advance that they would not fulfill their contractual obligations in full, had signed contracts with legal entities since 2018.
