Jackson, Wyoming, USA – September 2, 2022 – Exponential, Inc. today announced that it has obtained default judgment once morest its former employee and CTO, Eddie Joel Rios Osorio.
The original complaint filed in the United States District Court on April 28, 2002 seeks relief on a total of seven counts, including:
TITLE 1: BREACH OF CONTRACT
TITLE 2: INTERRUPTION OF THE CONTRACT
TITLE 3: MISAPPROPRIATION OF TRADE SECRETS
TITLE 4: MISUSE OF AFFILIATION COMMISSIONS
TITLE 5: MISUSE OF COMPLAINANT’S RESOURCES
TITLE 6: MISUSE OF THE PROJECT NAMED “SPORTS PREDICTIONS”
TITLE 7: PERSONAL RESUME OF THE “SPORTS PREDICTIONS” PROJECT
- Eddie Rios Osorio, former CTO of Exponential, Inc.
The complaint states, among other things, that Mr. Rios steals software and trade secrets while employed by Exponential, Inc. and created subterfuges .
- Rios also allegedly betrayed the company for which he was duly employed following that .
The lawsuit also states that: , damages for which the company is seeking recovery, in addition to multiple injunctions once morest defendant Rios.

According to our sources, Mr. Rios also provided a false testimony in the context of a legal case brought once morest Mr. Einhorn in the Dordogne at the start of 2022.
