The police said they were investigating a fatal traffic accident in Sheung Shui yesterday in which an 85-year-old woman died. The minibus driver involved was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death and is currently being detained for investigation.

The woman suffered leg injuries and was consciously sent to North District Hospital for treatment, before being transferred to Prince of Wales Hospital where she was certified dead in the followingnoon of the same day.
