Kuwait City: In Kuwait, the Ministry of Interior has given permission for Eid prayers in Eid halls and mosques. The agreement was reached during a meeting between Religious Affairs Minister Sheikh Issa Al Kandari and Interior Minister Sheikh Ahmed Al Nawaf Al Sabah.

Earlier, it was reported that Eid prayers would be held only in churches this time. The two ministers then held discussions and reconsidered the decision.
