And she explained that the weather during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr days will be hot in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt, but during the night period temperatures will decline and the weather will be cold in the north of the country up to Greater Cairo.
Ghanem advised citizens not to change clothes during the Eid days due to the change in the weather, as clothes can be lightened during the day, but it is necessary to keep spring clothes for children, especially during the night period, which requires wearing a light jacket, so that children are not exposed to any colds. .
A member of the media center at the Meteorological Authority explained that there is wind activity that leads to a feeling of more hypothermia.
And the Meteorological Authority announced the details of the Eid weather, which came as follows:
– Hot weather in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt, warm in the northern coasts, hot in southern Sinai, very hot in southern Upper Egypt.
The weather at night and in the early morning: cold weather in the north of the country up to Greater Cairo, moderate in southern Sinai and the south of the country.
Expected weather phenomena:
– Water showers in the early morning until 7 am on the roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, the Canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.
Wind activity on areas of the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, Greater Cairo, South Sinai and the south of the country. . Light rain in separate areas of southern Sinai, southern Red Sea mountain ranges, and southern Upper Egypt.
