The Egyptian Ministry of the Interior revealed the details of the spread of a post on social media, including a private call between a woman who was stripped naked during her conversation with a man, and other pictures of them without clothes.
Police investigations revealed the identity of the man and the girl in the publication, the ministry said in a statement on Facebook.
By seizing the man and asking him regarding the reasons for the spread of the publication, investigations concluded that the man and the girl had a romantic relationship, and that he proposed to her, but her family refused.
The man said that the girl’s uncle’s son had previously lured him and assaulted him, photographed him without clothes, and threatened him with these pictures to force him to stay away from the girl.
In response to this insult, the man decided to take revenge by publishing their photos and private conversations.
The police confirmed the authenticity of the story following seizing the girl and her uncle’s son, who acknowledged the authenticity of the details of the incident, and the police took legal measures by referring them to the prosecution.
