1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone 2. Tap Screen Time. 3. Tap on Privacy and Content Restrictions. 4. If you haven’t used Restrictions before, the Content & Privacy Restrictions toggle, located at the top, may be turned off. To turn this feature on, tap the toggle at the top of the page to switch from gray to green. 5. Once the feature is turned on, tap on Allowed apps. 6. Press the CarPlay toggle switch to switch from green to gray to turn it off.
