He added that the Qatari state welcomes Egyptian workers in its markets, “as they are distinguished and skilled workers, and have a major role in the development of Qatari society,” explaining that “Qatar Vision 2030,” which has begun its third phase, depends on developing some sectors that definitely need new workers during the period. He stressed his keenness to intensify cooperation with his Egyptian counterpart during the coming period, in conjunction with the meetings of the Egyptian-Qatari Technical Committee, during the last quarter of the current year 2024.

While the Egyptian minister said that there are directives from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi regarding supporting every joint Arab action that leads to development and providing job opportunities, and he pledged to make all efforts to strengthen joint Arab action during his term as chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Labor Organization.

He pointed out the readiness of the Egyptian Ministry of Labor to provide the trained workers needed by the Qatari labor market, under its supervision, and its full readiness to coordinate in this regard. He touched on what the Ministry is doing in terms of “vocational examination” and educating workers before they travel to ensure their skills before the employer, their sustainability, and the preservation of their rights. .
