‘eFootball 2023’ adds friendly matches and new Dream Team packs | Video game

Konami has confirmed that it has added the Friendly Match mode to the console version of eFootball 2023. Following the request of much of the online community, users will be able to use their Dream Teams to play with their friends and put their personalized squads and tactics to the test.

The feature is now available on all platforms, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 y dispositivos de PC Steam.

To help users bolster their Dream Team squads, and be better prepared to take on their friends, eFootball will introduce four new Official Partner Club Club Packs: FC Barcelona, Manchester United, FC Bayern Münich y Arsenal.

Each pack will contain 11 Highlight cards, one for each starting team position. In this way, users will have a complete package, balanced between the different positions, allowing them to create a solid squad. These packs are very useful, as they will improve the options of a veteran’s Dream Team, or give a newbie the ideal starting point to build his own.

The version 2.1.0 update will also bring a new Premium Ambassador Pack of the newly incorporated Portuguese international Bruno Fernandes. This pack will include an Epic card version of Fernandes, recreating his stellar form from the 2020-21 season, where he was directly involved in 45 goals in just 58 competitive games for Manchester United.

The pack will also include 10 Highlight cards featuring players who have played for Manchester United or the Portuguese National Team, including Luke Shaw and Cristiano Ronaldo cards. In addition, the Premium Ambassador Pack is now available for fellow eFootball ambassador Trent Alexander-Arnold.

For the more clueless, eFootball was the rebranding of KONAMI’s popular PES series. The change brought about a huge leap forward including a new game engine, gameplay evolution and the availability of the title as free-to-play on all compatible devices. eFootball is a constantly evolving platform with the goal of maximizing enjoyment and accessibility for football fans around the world.
