He continued, during his presentation of the “Zadni Alam” program, broadcast on Sada Al-Balad channel: “To lose weight, one must change his lifestyle. Obesity cannot be treated with exercise only, but the patient also needs to follow a healthy diet.”

Mowafi explained that a healthy diet for weight loss should include 5 meals with the times of the five daily prayers.
The first meal at five o’clock in the morning
A quarter of a loaf of cheese bread with tomatoes, a cup of tea with milk without adding sugar.
– The second meal at exactly one o’clock in the followingnoon
You must have a fruit like an apple.
The third meal at four o’clock in the followingnoon
A quarter of a loaf of chicken, meat or fish bread.
The fourth meal at seven o’clock in the evening
Green salad, a quarter of a loaf of bread, or rice.
The fifth meal at nine o’clock in the evening
A cup of yogurt with a tablespoon of honey added to it.
Mowafi explained that this diet helps to lose 4 kilograms per week, as it does not exceed 1000 calories.
