Back in Spain at Estudiantes Madrid since 2020, Edwin Jackson will return to France, to Nanterre.
Bastien Pinault injured for an estimated period of between six and eight weeks, Nanterre had to react and it was a veteran of the house who was called to the rescue in the person ofEdwin Jackson (1.90m, 32 years old). An emblematic figure of the French championship, top scorer in Pro A in 2014 and French MVP in 2013, the native of Pau will once once more tread the courts of France.
After a jagged stint at ASVEL in 2019/20, Edwin Jackson returned to a club that made him shine in ACB, Estudiantes Madrid. Following two new years on the other side of the Pyrenees, one in Liga Endesa and one in LEB Oro, Edwin Jackson will return to France, to Nanterre. A club through which he has already passed. It was at the very beginning of his career, in 2008/09. In the meantime, he had a rich career that took him to FC Barcelona, Malaga, Montenegro and even China. After two years marred by injuries, the former resident of INSEP will have the chance to revive as it should in a championship he knows perfectly.
Last season, Edwin Jackson averaged 8.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists in the Spanish second division.
