“Education: Acknowledging The Guardian’s Signature During Application to Egyptian-Japanese Schools”

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education has stated that parents must sign an acknowledgment of knowledge and approval of enrollment rules for Egyptian Japanese schools once they complete the electronic application form. If parents refuse to sign the declaration, their application will be canceled. The declaration includes various conditions, such as implementing the Japanese model with all its burdens, following the school’s internal regulations, providing voluntary service, and paying tuition fees on time. The ministry has also announced the opening of enrollment applications for the academic year 2023/2024, starting from April 2nd for 15 days. The electronic application is only applicable for the kindergarten stage, and schools will provide all the necessary information on their websites.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education confirmed that the guardian will sign an acknowledgment of knowledge and approval of the rules for enrollment inEgyptian Japanese schools And all the internal regulations of the school once he completes the electronic application form, and in the event that the guardian refuses to sign the declaration, his application will be canceled and he will move to the next name, and this declaration will include the following:

– The parent’s consent to implement the Japanese model (tokkatsu activities) with all its burdens inside and outside the school and the time or tasks required.

– The guardian’s approval of the list of internal regulations of the school, including the moral code, the behavioral code, the school uniform code, and the general appearance code for students, in order to preserve the work system in schools and the philosophy of tokatsu activities.

The parent’s consent to provide voluntary service to the school for twenty hours annually, in accordance with the rules set by the school in this regard.

– The guardian’s consent to pay the tuition and tuition fees in installments according to the dates and schedule specified for that. In case of violation of this, the legally prescribed measures are taken without the need to warn or notify him officially, knowing that there is more than one system to facilitate the payment of expenses at the school for the guardian to choose what suits him.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the opening of the application for enrollment in Egyptian-Japanese schools For the academic year 2023/2024, starting from Sunday, 2 April, and continuing for 15 days, through the following link: https://ejs4students.moe.gov.eg

The Ministry confirmed that the application will be electronic for the kindergarten stage, first level KG1, provided that the conditions for application will be announced through the schools’ website for all 51 schools this year.
