ATherefore, the Administrative Court, judging on the merits, asked the National Theater Operations Command (COTN) to suspend the deployment on the ground of the applicants on December 6. The three applicants did not obtain a stay of execution, but in the end, they won their case with regard to the final decision.

What will be next? The Administration was contradicted from a legal point of view on its way of issuing these requisitions, described as “sanctions” by the people concerned. Will she draw all the consequences by reviewing her copy? This is what is desirable. But the worst thing regarding this issue would be to believe that there was a winner and a loser. Burkina Faso wins. A country which, despite the war and the general mobilization that resulted from it, relies on its Justice to settle disputes between its citizens and the public administration. The COTN will continue to issue requisitions, because the law gives it full powers, it is up to it to know how to use them as part of the general mobilization for the benefit of the Nation. As for those requisitioned, they now have the choice between becoming volunteers for the missions that were regarding to be entrusted to them or returning to their activities while paying attention to “the red lines” not to be crossed.o
