Further development of the Edenred brand by product experts

Vienna (OTS) Edenred Austria, the leading provider of employee benefits in the form of digital vouchers, is expanding its management team with an international professional: Daniela Renezeder has been Director of Marketing, Products and Platforms since March 2023. In her new function, the experienced brand manager is responsible for the strategic development of the Edenred brand and the voucher products.

First it was chocolate, then coffee, now it’s a whole lunch: This is Daniela Renezeder’s path to Edenred, the leading provider of digital vouchers for companies. Since March she has been Director of Marketing, Products and Platforms.

From Lindt & Sprüngli to Nestlé to Edenred

For more than ten years, Renezeder worked as a marketing and product manager for well-known international companies such as Lindt & Sprüngli and most recently Nestlé Nespresso, including in the B2B sector. When it comes to employee benefits, she is very knowledgeable: “I know from my own experience how important it is to be able to rely on a motivated and well-established team. At least since my time at Nespresso, it has become clear to me how much a good coffee can make a difference in everyday work – not to mention a balanced lunch including a lunch break with the team, as the digital meal vouchers from Edenred make possible,” says Renezeder.

The Edenred newcomer is convinced: “Qualified employees are the most important asset of a company. Keeping them is one of the key tasks of every company – especially now in times of particularly high demand for personnel. It is essential to offer the right benefits and to uphold well-being in the workplace.”

Effective immediately, the product expert will contribute her wealth of experience to Edenred Austria, where she is also part of the management team. In her new role, Renezeder acts as the strategic head around the Marketing, Products and Platforms team.

Family and career in harmony

With the power woman, Edenred also underlines its gender equality focus: 62 percent of the workforce and 50 percent of the managers are female. “I really appreciate the fact that I can optimally combine career and family thanks to flexible time management and home office options at Edenred,” says Renezeder.

Daniela Renezeder completed her Masters in International Marketing & Sales at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt and studied Business Administration & Economics at the University of New Brunswick in Canada. Born in Burgenland, she lives with her husband and little daughter in Vienna.
