The planet is overheating and it gives them cold sweats. Three-quarters of 16-25 year olds in ten countries, both North and South, find the future “scary”, according to a study approved by the journal The Lancet Planetary Health.
Moreover, in the face of the ecological crisis, more than half of respondents say they feel scared, sad, anxious, angry, helpless or guilty.
In this episode of “L’Heure du Monde”, Marine Miller, journalist with the Campus department of the World, tells us how eco-anxiety shakes up the daily lives of these young people, but also how some manage to live with it.
