Jamal added that there are many recent research studies that have shown that there are no risks of eating eggs daily on the level of cholesterol in the body, especially if a healthy diet is followed or exercise is exercised.

The clinical nutritionist stressed the need for cholesterol patients to follow an integrated diet to avoid an increase in harmful cholesterol in the body, while taking care to raise the levels of good cholesterol. Jamal explained that the diet for cholesterol patients must contain a large amount of dietary fiber, such as leafy vegetables and fruits, in addition to the importance of avoiding eating fats, such as reducing the consumption of red meat and margarine, with the importance of relying on eating fish as a natural source of Omega 3.
