Surgeon from the UK Karana Raja suggested simple ways to help get rid of snoring. The doctor’s advice was published by The Sun.
According to the doctor, snoring occurs due to the vibration of the tongue, throat and airways, which relax during sleep. Gymnastics to strengthen the muscles of these parts of the body helps in the fight once morest snoring.
Raja recommended sticking out the tongue and freezing in that position for five seconds. For best results, you can put a spoon in front of your face and press your tongue once morest it. Another simple exercise is to move your tongue from right to left. To strengthen the muscles of the larynx, Raja suggested opening the mouth, pressing the tongue once morest the palate and freezing in this position for five seconds. Each exercise should be performed three to four times.
Earlier, neurologist and otorhinolaryngologist Zarina Zaoeva and Dmitry Rynkov said that snoring can be considered a relatively normal phenomenon. If it is complicated by respiratory arrest, then it is extremely dangerous to health.
