Easy and digital Pre-posting process from today in the Cyclades – Which Municipalities it concerns

It specifically concerns the Kallikratic Municipalities: Andros, Anafis, Thira, Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros, Kea, Kythnos, Milos, Serifos, Mykonos, Amorgos, Naxos & Small Cyclades, Antiparos, Paros and Tinos, of the South Aegean Region.

In the context of the continuous improvement of the service to citizens and professionals, the Land Registry provides the possibility to submit a Data Review Request through a new, easy-to-use digital platform, which is available on the ktimatologio.gr and ktimatologio.gov.gr websites (digital service: PRE-UPDATE) .

The process is done entirely digitally, without requiring a visit to the Land Registry Office, making it simple and friendly for all transactions. Property owners who have already received personal information can check, correct and update the cadastral data of their properties, easily, quickly and free of charge, until November 7, 2024.

Specifically, through the digital Pre-Post, beneficiaries have access to the following information:

-Description and legal information for their properties (Land Table).

-The boundaries of their parcels of land (Cadastre Chart).

If they agree with the recorded details of the Pre-Post, no further action is required. In case of dispute, they can submit the Request for Review of Details digitally, using the taxisnet codes, by the closing date. Alternatively, they can make an appointment at the Land Registry Office to submit the application.

For those who have not yet registered their real estate, they are reminded that they can register their property in 2 simple ways: either through the Digital Land Registry Map or at a Land Registry Office by appointment.

Participating in the Pre-Posting process is critical, as it ensures that the rights are correctly recorded in the Land Registry and avoids unnecessary inconvenience in the future.
