The Eastern Antioquia Chamber of Commerce, which brings together businessmen from 23 municipalities in that sub-region, reported having everything ready for the election of its new board of directorswhich will govern the destinies of that entity during the next four years.
The event will take place this Thursday. December 1st between 8 in the morning and 4 in the followingnoon, in the five headquarters of the institution, located in the municipalities of Rionegro, The Eyebrow, Sonson, Guatapé and Cocorna.
As reported by the Chamber, for the election there are five lists, which have already been reviewed by the Superintendency of Companies and are composed as follows:

The Chamber of Commerce recalled that the only requirement for affiliates to participate in the vote will be to present their identity document and take into account that each one will only have the right to one vote, whether a natural or legal person.
In the election, the fiscal auditor for the next period will also be chosen, which will start from January 1, 2023 and will last until December 31, 2026.
“The board of directors is made up of 6 main members and 6 substitutes, of which 4 will be chosen by voting with their respective personal substitutes, the remaining two members with their respective substitutes will be appointed by the national government,” the institution added in a statement. .
