What does the law provide?

Article 38 par. 9 and 17 of Law 1892/1990, as it currently applies, provides that the wages of employees with a contract or part-time employment relationship are calculated in the same way as the wages of the corresponding full-time employee and correspond to the working hours of the part-time of employment. Therefore, all provisions of the labor legislation apply to part-time employees. Based on the above.
