Children from three to six years old are recommended to limit themselves to only half an egg a day.
Children from 6 to 12 years old can eat one whole egg per day.
Teenagers from 12 to 18 should limit themselves to two eggs.
Adults can afford to eat two or three eggs a day.
It is noted that it is dangerous for an adult to consume more than 10 eggs per week. Exceeding the norm can cause temporary stomach problems.
