“We don’t celebrate Easter on Halloween”
In Bernard Schonmacker’s chocolate factory, there is not a single egg yet. According to him, it is too early. After the Valentine’s Day rush, you need to make 1/2 ton of products. “We need several weeks of lead time to be able to get them out.“, indicates the chocolate maker.
Bernard Schonmacker also wishes to respect traditions. According to him, each period has its chocolate sweetness. “Holiday magic is ‘D’ day“, he said. “We don’t celebrate Easter on Halloween and we don’t celebrate Saint Nicholas on Easter. You have to respect time and traditions. And celebrate the holidays at the right time.“
