The Executive Pastry Chef uses the Easter holiday as inspiration to create a series of pastries, including cocoa (Caribbean 66% Valrhona chocolate cream, caramel cocoa Bean, Hazelnut Praline), Carrot (Cream Cheese Frosting, Fresh Carrot Cake) and Coconut (Mango Lime Sauce, Coconut Mousse, Coconut Caramel Crunch) Displayed in the counter, the chef will even select recommended desserts to include in the followingnoon tea set.
