The Thai stock market in the early morning dropped more than 10 points, falling 1,600 points in line with regional stock markets and the Dow Jones stock market continued to decline. With strong selling of large stocks (Big Cap), while the baht has weakened to 38 baht/dollar this morning.

At 10.01 a.m., the SET index was at 1599.95 points, down 10.63 points (-0.66%).
