Difficulty urinating, which includes a persistent and urgent desire to urinate and difficulty emptying the entire bladder.
Also, urination occurs in a disordered manner, meaning that the urine falls in the form of two lines and not in the form of a straight and regular line.
Severe weakness in the ability to urinate. He cannot urinate unless he feels pain or puts pressure on himself.
The urethra may completely close, causing the patient to experience complete urinary retention, which is one of the most prominent early signs.
The patient may suffer from urine mixed with blood, i.e. bleeding during urination, which is also an important sign.
The pain and difficulties in urinating are severe, so he cannot perform this operation except with difficulty and many times.
He may also suffer from bleeding mixed with semen.
Some men may suffer from problems related to erection strength.
The professor of surgical oncology stressed the necessity of early detection of prostate cancer, and called on men, as soon as they exceed the age of forty, to participate in the presidential competition for early detection of these tumors, for proper diagnosis and treatment, and to prevent tumor complications.
