Riyadh: E-Sports World Cup begins in Saudi Arabia, which is booming in the world of sports. Crown Prince Amir Mohammed bin Salman made an announcement in this regard. The World E-Sports Tournament, which is scheduled to be held annually in the summer, will be held in Riyadh in 2024. The crown prince said that it will be the biggest tournament of its kind in the world.

RIYADH: The Saudi Passport Directorate (Jawasat) has allowed visiting visas to be renewed online without leaving the country. Business, family and personal visit visas are eligible for renewal. The renewal is to be done through the Abshir and Muqeem platforms of the Saudi Ministry of Interior. Can be renewed online up to 180 days.
A Javazat fee of 100 Riyals per passport is required to extend the visa. Health insurance should be taken for three months for multiple visa. Application for visa extension should be done online. No need to visit Jawasat office for this. But multiple entry visas sometimes cannot be renewed online. They should apply through Tawasul.
