DYPA: Selection of training programs for 50,000 unemployed begins

From tomorrow (15.12.23), the 50,000 unemployed who have joined the Register of Beneficiaries of the 2nd cycle of the action “I put my future in a plan”, will be able to choose the training program they wish to attend from the list of approved programs in e-mail address:

The training programs for the unemployed will be displayed according to the educational level (graduate of compulsory, secondary, tertiary education, etc.), as well as the other academic qualifications they have declared.

The program is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU and aims to link training with the needs of the labor market and to strengthen the employability of the unemployed for their faster reintegration into work , in the context of the digital and green transition of the economy.

Each trainee will attend a theoretical training program in digital or green skills, with a total duration of up to 200 hours. The implementation of the programs will be carried out with live training at a rate of at least 35% of the total hours of each program and with the method of distance education (e-learning), which will include at least 35% synchronous distance education and up to 30% asynchronous distance education.

After completing the training, the beneficiaries will participate in knowledge and skills certification exams by independent bodies and those who succeed will receive the full training allowance amounting to up to 1,000 euros (5 euros per hour of training).
