During the operation, the most wanted terrorist was killed, 2 soldiers of Pakistan Army were martyred

In Bonir district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation on the information about the presence of terrorists, during which the leader of the terrorists Salim alias Rabbani was killed and 2 terrorists were injured in a fierce exchange of fire. While 2 soldiers of Pakistan Army were martyred due to firing by terrorists.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was conducted on the tip-off of the presence of terrorists.

ISPR said that the leader of the high value target terrorists Salim alias Rabbani was killed while 2 terrorists were injured while Lance Naik Haseeb Javed and Havildar Mudassar Mehmood were martyred by the firing of terrorists.

Havaldar Mudassar Mehmood Shaheed belongs to Rawalpindi district, he served in Pakistan Army for 16 years. Havaldar Mudassar Mehmood Shaheed leaves behind his parents, wife and 2 sons.

Lance Naik Haseeb Javed Shaheed belongs to Poonch district of Azad Kashmir, he served in Pakistan Army for 5 years. Lance Naik Haseeb Javed Shaheed is survived by parents, wife and a daughter.

On the other hand, terrorist Salim alias Rabbani was involved in several acts of terrorism against the security forces, the dead terrorist was also involved in extortion and target killing of innocent civilians.

According to ISPR, the slain terrorist Salim was highly wanted, the government had set a price of 50 lakhs on his head, clearance operation is going on in the area.
