The high-rise SUV Mazda CX-8 is being heavily discounted by dealers, competing with formidable rivals like Hyundai SantaFe.
At the beginning of 2023, the auto market was quite quiet due to many different reasons. However, car manufacturers and dealers have also come up with solutions to stimulate demand, in which car price reduction is one of the programs being applied on many car models.
Notably, the high-ground SUV, Mazda CX-8, is currently heavily discounted up to 90 million VND.
Auto dealers are implementing many incentive programs to stimulate the car market.
Specifically, Mazda CX-8 2.5L Luxury and Premium are discounted by 80 million VND, down to 999 million VND and 1,089 billion VND respectively.
Currently in Vietnam market, Mazda CX-8 is competing directly with Kia Sorento and Hyundai SantaFe. After these subsidies, the Mazda CX-8 is seen as more accessible than its competitors. However, in the price range, the CX-8 also has to contend with names like Toyota Fortuner, Ford Everest, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and Isuzu mu-X.
In addition to the Mazda CX-8 discount, two versions of Mazda CX-5 including: 2.5L Premium AWD 6 seats and 7 seats are also reduced by 90 million VND. Thus, following reducing the car price, it is 1,179 and 1,169 billion dong, respectively.
In terms of design, the Mazda CX-8 is larger than the CX-5 and has a 7-seat configuration. Versions of CX-8 are equipped with Skyactiv-G 2.5L engine block with front or two-wheel drive. In terms of equipment, the Mazda CX-8 is used a lot of high-quality materials and the option is somewhat similar to the CX-5 junior.
