Dubai: After intense pressure from the countries of the world, the UN has toughened its stance against Israel. As the Gaza offensive enters its sixth month, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called on Israel to end its atrocities.
The UN Human Rights Council has passed a resolution to stop arms sales to Israel in view of Israel’s continued attacks on the civilian community. The resolution was passed by 28 votes against six in the 47-member Human Rights Council. 13 countries, including the United States and Germany, abstained from the vote.

According to reports, there is a possibility of an attack on the Israeli diplomatic center using drones and cruise missiles. Israeli media also reported that Netanyahu received assurances from Biden that Israel would have US support if Iran attacked.
