Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 2.6 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the recording of 486 sales worth 1.34 billion dirhams, including 35 sales of land worth 341.34 million dirhams and 451 sales of apartments and villas worth 994.54 million dirhams.
The most important land sales were worth 45 million dirhams in the Palm Deira area, followed by a sale worth 31.7 million dirhams in the Palm Jebel Ali area, followed by a sale worth 27 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.
The fifth district of Al Habiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 9 sales worth 40.52 million dirhams, followed by the Palm Jebel Ali area, recording 4 sales worth 92.13 million dirhams, and a third in Palm Jumeirah, recording 3 sales worth 2.3 million dirhams.
Regarding the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 32 million dirhams was in the Island 2 area as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 28 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a sale worth 20.5 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
The Al Thanyah Fifth area topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 46 sales worth 84.67 million dirhams, followed by the Al Barsha South Fourth area, recording 41 sales worth 41.37 million dirhams, and a third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, recording 30 sales worth 43.24 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 1.32 billion dirhams, including 17 land mortgages worth 373.74 million dirhams and 95 mortgages of villas and apartments worth 949.94 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al-Raffa area with a value of 269.5 million dirhams and another in the Al-Mamzar area with a value of 192.5 million dirhams.
As for donations, 16 donations worth 18.72 million dirhams were recorded, the most important of which was in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, worth 5.11 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area, worth 3.76 million dirhams.
