Dubai Electricity honors graduates of the “Executive Trainer” for Institutional Fitness

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) organized, in the Innovation Tent at its headquarters, a ceremony to honor graduates of the “Executive Trainer” program launched by the authority with the aim of building competencies and training capabilities of its employees and consolidating their knowledge about the latest practical approaches in this field. The program included a series of sessions and workshops specialized in various fields of training, which spanned over a period of six months, with the participation of 20 employees, including ambassadors of institutional agility and senior managers of the authority.
His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of DEWA, ​​said that the “Executive Trainer” program comes in line with the programs launched by DEWA to empower its cadres and provide them with the tools and skills necessary to be the next generation of experts and leaders in the field of institutional agility, keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution and benefit from disruptive technologies. To take the lead in the electricity and water sectors.
He added: “The authority seeks to become the first fully agile service institution and considers that continuous development is an imperative to keep pace with change and transform challenges into opportunities within the framework of a comprehensive system of integrated institutional work.. The authority’s flexibility and agility played a prominent role in its success and distinction by identifying opportunities and analyzing the internal environment.
