The construction of a new satellite in collaboration with the UN agency will soon become a reality. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the UAE Executive Council and Crown Prince of Dubai, released this information through X. The aim is to support countries and organizations that want to work together for space research. PHI-2 will be the second satellite to be built by Dubai. Sheikh Hamdan said that Dubai’s goal is to support any innovative idea that improves the quality of human life.
MBRSC held a meeting under the chairmanship of Sheikh Hamdan last week. The meeting also prepared an outline for the future of the UAE’s space mission.
