Drunk driver (44) ignored motorbike in Mondsee: Younger biker (16) injured

A 44-year-old from the Vöcklabruck district was driving his automobile on Walter-Simmer-Straße in Mondsee in the direction of the B154 and wished to show off at an intersection in the direction of Zell am Moos. He collided with a 16-year-old motorcyclist from the Vöcklabruck district who was coming in the direction of him on the B154 from Zell am Moos.

The 16-year-old was thrown from the motorbike and remained injured on the street. After receiving first help, he was taken to the Salzkammergut Clinic in Vöcklabruck.

A breathalyzer take a look at carried out on the 44-year-old confirmed a price of 0.84 per mille. His driving license was briefly taken away.
