While a friend of the victim who works in the aforementioned newspaper testified that the latter had stopped training seven months ago to complete her studies, then before the day of the incident the witness called her to check on her. He had previously obtained her phone number, and asked her regarding the victim because he was unable to reach her, so she told him that she would attend the next day to meet her at the newspaper’s headquarters.

The owner of the aforementioned newspaper testified that he had received a letter from the accused before the day of the incident in which he requested to attend the newspaper’s headquarters with a desire to receive training in it.

A worker at an exhibition of household appliances next to the property in question testified that the accused attended him on that day and purchased a knife from him that he recognized following the Public Prosecution showed him his photos taken by the accused on his phone.

The Public Prosecution also heard the testimony of the victim’s parents and her uncle, and the result of their statements was that the accused and their daughter were colleagues at the same university, and the aforementioned had previously proposed to her, and her time was refused until the completion of the study. to it, threatening it with harm and killing, and following it everywhere.

On the twenty-ninth of last June, the date of her last test at the university, she was afraid that the accused would be exposed to her and asked her father to accompany her, and on that day she and her father were surprised by the accused and his parents in front of the university asking for her engagement, but her father refused and left, then the father received threats from the accused to harm his daughter’s reputation if his refusal continued, When he was forbidden to communicate with him, the accused sent threats to the victim’s brother and uncle.

The victim’s uncle added in his testimony that the victim’s family refused the accused’s sermon due to his tendency to atheism and abnormal thoughts, and the Public Prosecution made sure that the victim’s family had not previously been informed of any of the threats they received from the accused.

And by questioning the Public Prosecution, the accused Islam Muhammad, he admitted that he had committed the crime of deliberately killing the victim with premeditation. He explained that following her family refused her betrothal to him, they continued their communication and then disagreed over his attempts to prevent her from working or meeting her friends, claiming that he was keen on her, and she stopped communicating with him following she accused him of infidelity and atheism when He drew it on his body from tattoos he decided his intention was to draw attention to him.

He added that he threatened the victim following she was cut off from him to harm her reputation and kill her, as on the twenty-ninth of last June he resolved to kill her at the university with a knife she was with, and when he failed, he called his parents to come to ask her father to marry her following he knew that he was at the university, explaining that the father of The victim refused their engagement at that time until he removed the tattoos on his body and completed his studies.

Since that time, his contact with the victim was interrupted, and he tried to contact her uncle and brother to ban others from contacting him, until he reached her friend who works in the newspaper, who had previously obtained her phone from the victim, so he learned from her that they had met them at the newspaper’s headquarters on the day of the incident, so he resolved to commit his crime at this time. . He bought a knife and stalked the victim in the property, so that as soon as she reached him and entered its entrance, she was surprised and stabbed several times.

In those moments, he photographed the victim while she was dead, and called his mother to tell her that he had committed the crime. This was the scene that the people filmed for the accused, and it was circulated on social media, and the accused confirmed that he had used cannabis and alcohol for months.
