When the Spanish phone number is contacted by customers, another active phone number on Gilly’s side is directly alerted. 434 contacts take place between the Spanish and Gillician number. “We realize that it is then a call center, which receives information and transmits it to another person”, explains the deputy prosecutor. And a second piece of police information confirms the existence of drug trafficking in Gilly.
“It’s the Botha police zone informing their Charleroi counterparts that a wiretapped customer is going to supply Gilly.”
The observations carried out on the spot confirm the presence of Abdil. “The latter enters a vehicle to be taken care of and is dropped off in a building on the Chaussée de Lodelinsart”, specifies the judicial authority.
A little later, Abdil leaves the building again, realizes that he is being followed by the police and decides to flee by getting rid of his jacket. He is eventually caught and arrested. Abdil had on him €165, 2.80g of heroin and more than one gram of cocaine.

The neighbor explains that Abdil gave him handed over the bags to be able to go shopping”details the deputy prosecutor.
During the investigation, Abdil denies being a drug dealer. In court, change of version: he confirms his guilt. “I came here to find work, but I did not find any. And I am also a consumer. So I started selling to survive and finance my consumption, but I assure you that this is the first and the last time, entrusts the man in illegal stay. Despite Abdil’s lack of a criminal record, the prosecution intends to punish his delinquent behavior with firmness. Two years in prison and a fine of €100 for the absence of a residence permit are required.
At the defense, we hope to obtain, on August 14, a simple reprieve.
